Photo Upload Terms and Conditions
By submitting a photo image through the Centennial College myCard Photo Upload website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not proceed with the image submission.

If you choose not to proceed, you will be required to visit the myCard Office located at the Progress Campus or attend one of the Photo ID Sessions set by Enrolment Services at semester start to have your photo taken and your myCard produced.

This Photo Upload website is provided by the myCard Office, Ancillary Services of Centennial College and its third party suppliers. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions and any changes will be effective immediately.

About myCard
The myCard is the official ID card of Centennial College and is managed by the myCard Office. The myCard is the property of Centennial College and its use is governed by the College's regulations and policies.

How we will use your photo image?
The digital photo image that you submit via this website will be used to produce your myCard. The myCard is proof of identity and provides access to facilities and offers extra services. Everyone is granted access to various facilities and rooms on campus using your myCard. This access is based on the approval given to you by that facility.

Other uses of your image
By submitting this photo for your student ID you agree this photo may be used by Faculty, Residence Life and Services staff and Security.

The myCard Office creates and collects information under the authority of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (“FIPPA”) for the purposes of producing the official personal identification card for Centennial College and for administering all services associated with the myCard program. All myCard services include but are not limited to the current list on the myCard Website. Please visit at centennialcollege.ca/mycard.
Validation for services (including but not limited to examination entrance, Library, Food and Retail, Athletic Centre, etc.).
Information that is gathered for the above purposes will be protected and used in compliance with FIPPA. Individuals who are applying for a myCard acknowledge the above and consent to the collection of personal information, including the digital images used to produce the card.

Centennial College does not guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the myCard Photo Upload System. We cannot guarantee that this system will be compatible with any specific hardware or software. We reserve the right to suspend use or access to this system at any time, for any reason..

myCard Policies

myCards are property of Centennial College.
Lost cards must be reported on the web at centennialcollege.ca/mycard or to the myCard Office (416) 289-5255.
The card holder is responsible for the cost of a replacement card.
Do not lend your card to anyone for any purpose.
Tampering of defacing your myCard may lead to criminal charges.
